New Car Sales Executive - Stafford
Our client, one of the top 3 motor trade employers in the UK, is recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join their hard-working and friendly team within a prestigious franchised car dealership.
Specialising in new car sales, you will work alongside a passionate sales team to provide first class customer service.
Joining the sales team, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers.
With the site soon to be going through an exciting re-development with the inclusion of some notable new brands, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
Not only will you be joining one of the top automotive retailers in the UK, but you will also be reporting to one of the best GMs in the trade who will help impact your knowledge and experience, allowing you to develop your skills and establish a strong career within the industry.
Responsibilities:
Sales Executives are the key points of contact and pay close attention to detail to understand customers wants and needs.
This role will involve:
1. Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
2. Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
3. Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
4. Negotiating the final price for the sale
5. Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
Qualifications:
6. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, self-motivated to crack on with the job and passionate about what they do.
7. You will be expected to hit targets so being ambitious and hard-working is essential.
8. Previous experience in a similar position and within a franchised car dealership would be preferred but not essential as they're always on the look out for new/fresh talent to join the team.
9. You will hold a full UK driving license as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market!

Working hours/days:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm
Weekends on a rota basis
Saturdays 9:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday 10:00am - 4:00pm
Salary:
£25k basic
£45k OTE, Genuine and uncapped.
