About The Role
In your role as an Activities Co‑ordinator at HC‑One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. Every single person who works here understands that our residents are people just like them with their own stories to tell. By joining HC‑One you’ll have a wonderful opportunity to give something back to those people.
Responsibilities
As an Activities Co‑ordinator, you will plan and implement activities that delight our residents, assist the Home Manager in organising essential fundraising events, and encourage residents to socialise and participate in activities that reflect their hobbies. You will work with the care team to foster confidence and inclusion, always with a sense of kindness.
Qualifications
* Experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally developing activity programmes.
