Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Lettings position based in Coventry. The Lettings role involves managing properties available for rent, conducting property viewings, liaising with landlords and tenants, and ensuring all necessary legal documentation is in place. Additionally, the role includes handling inquiries, managing tenancy agreements, and providing customer service both in person and via phone or email. Some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
* Experience in property management, sales, and lettings
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Knowledge of property legislation and regulatory requirements
* Proficiency in using property management software and office applications
* Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
* Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is a plus
