Administrative Logistics Assistant Sevington / Dover, UK Permanent | Full-time 1 year experience A-Level or equivalent We are looking for an Administrative Logistics Assistant to support daily warehouse and transport operations at our Sevington / Dover site. The role includes driver reception, delivery documentation checks, data entry, stock updates, and coordination with warehouse and transport teams. Key Responsibilities Welcome drivers and manage vehicle arrivals. Check delivery notes and transport documents. Enter goods-in information into ERP/WMS systems. Maintain accurate administrative and logistics records. Handle operational emails and calls. Liaise with warehouse teams, planners and carriers. Provide professional customer and driver support. Profile 1 year of experience in logistics or warehouse administration. A-Level (or equivalent) minimum. Strong organisation, communication and attention to detail. Confident using Excel and IT tools.
