We're currently recruiting an ambitious Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Healthcare on a part-time basis, contracted to 26 hours per week. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food that brightens our clients' and customers' days, within a market-leading food service company in the UK. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing high-quality, delicious food that delights our clients and customers
2. Overseeing and implementing menu changes
3. Identifying opportunities to improve our food services
4. Listening to and acting on customer feedback to improve our services
5. Supporting the creation of new menus and food concepts
6. Representing Healthcare and maintaining a positive brand image
7. Monitoring inventories to ensure kitchens are well-stocked
8. Maintaining hygiene standards through kitchen cleaning responsibilities
9. Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations
Our ideal Chef will:
* Be passionate about great-tasting food and customer service
* Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
* Have experience supervising a team
* Have experience in a similar Chef role
* Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
* Be flexible in working hours
