The role
AgileSource are looking for a Junior PMO Consultant to join a high-profile, community-focused programme supporting the rollout of a new Community Scrutiny Model across London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their PMO career to gain exposure to a complex, multi-stakeholder public sector programme.
The Role
This Junior PMO Specialist role is a key supporting position responsible for ensuring effective coordination, governance, and delivery discipline across the programme.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & PMO Support
- Support delivery of the first wave of borough scrutiny panels (~9)
- Maintain plans, RAID logs, actions, and delivery trackers
- Monitor milestones and support issue/risk escalation
- Coordinate programme documentation and reporting cycles
Coordination & Planning
- Support readiness assessments across participating boroughs
- Coordinate multi-agency stakeholders
- Assist with planning and scheduling rollout activities
Skills & Experience
Essential
- PMO or project coordination experience
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple organisations
- Experience supporting meetings, workshops, or delivery activity
- Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
Desirable
- Public sector, policing, or local government experience
- Exposure to community engagement programmes
- Knowledge of project delivery frameworks (e.g. PRINCE2 PMO support)
