Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Telco Business Development / Account Manager for a role selling the first‑class telecom solutions that our national client provides alongside their many other business technology services and solutions.
As a proven company with an already large existing customer base, you will have access to their customers throughout Southampton and surrounding areas with the aim of getting them on board with telecom provision as well.
It is a hybrid role working out of their offices, working from home (WFH) and traveling to clients’ premises. The opportunity offers strong sales potential: telephony systems as the lead product, to both existing customers and new ones.
Key Responsibilities
* Target existing clients of the business and work from other additional leads
* Research and source your own leads and target potential new clients outside the existing customer base
* Sell first‑class telecom solutions and related services across Southampton and surrounding areas
* Present to clients at their premises and manage accounts
Qualifications
* Proven field sales experience within the telecom marketplace
* Extensive knowledge of telecom products, competitors and the marketplace in your geographical area
* Strong ability to research and source leads
Benefits
The starting basic salary is up to £45,000, commensurate with experience, with an uncapped commission structure where you can earn more than the base salary.
An additional car allowance is provided, or a company car option, plus a host of other excellent benefits for staff.
