Pay rate as a Warehouse Operative: Night shift pre 12 weeks: £16.15 Night shift post 12 weeks: £16.90 Saturday Shift Premium £0.25p/h Sunday Shift Premium £0.50p/h Overtime paid after 160 hrs monthly Bonus will be paid out to those who achieve 100% performance, this ranges between £10-£30) Weekly pay - every Friday 60 minutes paid break, an extra 10 minutes unpaid for flex hour) Any 5 days out of 7 days will be required Typical hours as a Warehouse Operative: Night shift: 22:00 - 06:00 (Rota with any 5 out of 7 days including Saturday & Sunday) Rota: Given 1 year in advance Duties and Responsibilities: Voice picking using LLOP (full training provided) Ensuring the picking is completed to the required standard Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution Contributing towards their culture of trust, respect and togetherness Experience, skills, attributes and the person: Friendly and helpful, keen to contribute and add value to the site Motivated and committed Driven with high personal standards Ability to meet targets within set timescales The ability to understand and follow both verbal and written information Naturally curious, willing to learn and develop Previous Freezer warehouse experience is desirable Our ideal candidate as a Frozen Warehouse Operative will be target driven, flexible to work weekends and bank holidays.
