A global, established, and growing consumer products business is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to support strategic decision-making and strengthen financial control across the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a hands-on role with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and process improvement, working closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities
* Control and analyse product costings, margins, and customer performance
* Oversee month-end and year-end close in line with Group timelines
* Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial controls
* Utilise SAP ECC for reporting, analysis, and process automation
* Support audits and liaise with external finance partners
* Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting
About You
1. Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA preferred)
2. 7+ years experience in financial accounting and analysis
3. Strong SAP ECC experience
4. Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience advantageous
