Your new role
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide proactive, high‑level support to five Directors, including two senior leaders, one overseas director, and another based in Wales. This is a busy and dynamic role requiring confidence, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.Your responsibilities will includeplex diary and inbox management, coordinating meetings, arranging travel and amodation, and preparing professional documents, reports, and presentations. You will process expenses, purchase orders, and invoices, while handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.You will also support team coordination, including onboarding new starters, organising meetings and events, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires flexibility, with occasional work outside standard hours and some travel across the West Midlands and Cardiff (only if required, very occasional)This is a long‑term contract wheremitment is key, offering the chance to play an integral role in supporting senior leadership.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. Several years' experience as a PA, supporting multiple senior stakeholders
2. Strong diary, inbox and travel management experience in a fast-paced environment
3. Excellentmunication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging at senior levels
4. High level of organisation, attention to detail and ability to multitask
5. Experience handling confidential information with professionalism
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
7. A proactive, adaptable, and resilient approach, with the ability to hit the ground running
You will be a confident self‑starter who thrives in a busy environment and isfortable managingpeting priorities.
