Senior internal communications professional – part time, flexible hours
As a housing charity, mhs homes owns and manages over 10,000 homes across north Kent.
We’re looking for an experienced Internal & Corporate Communications Officer to help support our work tackling the county’s housing crisis. From leading projects and shaping key messages to producing creative, engaging content across a range of channels, you’ll play a central role in bringing our values and priorities to life.
This is a senior position, so we’re looking for someone who’s confident working independently and comfortable advising senior leaders. You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive and talented team so if you’re an enthusiastic communicator who wants to use your skills to make a meaningful social impact, we’d love to hear from you.
We offer:
* A performance based annual bonus + pension contributions matched up to 6%
* 28 days holiday + bank holidays (pro-rata)
* Training & Development and opportunities for continuing professional development including regular tool box talks
* A great team of colleagues to work with
* Regular social and charitable events and a range of wellbeing activities
* Enhanced family leave policies
* A really competitive package of flexible employee benefits including a cycle to work scheme
* Free parking and disabled parking
* Access to two holiday homes in Norfolk and Dorset
