Clinic Supervisor
Injury & Rehabilitation Clinic (Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Personal Training,
Cryotherapy)
Revitalis is an injury and rehabilitation clinic offering physiotherapy, osteopathy, personal
training and cryotherapy services.
We are looking for a Clinic Supervisor to coordinate and supervise the daily activity of the
clinic, support the clinical and reception team, and contribute directly to the growth of the
business.

Main responsibilities
Clinic coordination
● Supervision of the day-to-day running of the clinic
● Coordination Revitalis method
● Supervise sales of services (physiotherapy, osteopathy, personal training and
cryotherapy)
● Organisation and optimisation of treatment schedules, patient retention and patient
flow
● Support qualitative control of services provided
● Availability to manage urgencies and emergencies when required
Team coordination
●Coordination and support of physiotherapists, osteopaths, personal trainers and
reception staff
●Organisation of shifts, holidays and operational coverage
●Support with onboarding, training and day-to-day issues
●Review and appraisal of staff performance
Patient experience
● Supervision of the patient journey from first contact to follow-up
● Management of complaints or critical situations
● Focus on patient satisfaction and long-term relationshipsCommercial activity
● Support and drive the sale of treatment packages, training programmes and
cryotherapy sessions
● Increase agenda saturation and overall clinic revenue
● Promote cross-selling between clinical and sports services
● Work with the clinic direction on growth strategies
● Sales performance is a key KPI of the role
Administrative support
● Supervision of bookings, payments and invoicing
● Check correct management of appointments and records
● Basic reporting on performance and results
Compliance and safety
● Ensure compliance with health, hygiene and safety regulations
● Supervise GDPR and privacy procedures
● Ensure correct use of equipment and clinic spaces
