Purpose of the role: Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner (Senior HRBP) for Transactional Services, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) will provide HR support on all aspects of operational HR to TS. The HRBP will provide support across the group establishing and maintaining influential relationships with relevant stakeholders, in conjunction with the Senior HRBP. The role holder will also provide support for wider HR projects in agreement with Senior HRBP Candidate Overview: Understand the objectives and overall strategy of the firm and strive to support these through the provision of HR support. With support as required from the Senior HRBP, work with stakeholders across the group to provide strategic guidance and support in the delivery of the groupâs goals and strategy. With support as required from the Senior HRBP, assist with the creation and delivery of a talent management plan which aids the identification of high potential individuals and implements succession plans for key roles. Ensure the annual performance appraisal process is completed in a timely and fair manner; facilitate department wide moderation to ensure a robust and consistent distribution of ratings. Coach and influence managers from a people perspective, developing their people management/leadership skills and constructively challenging inappropriate behaviours/actions. Encourage the pursuit of excellence in performance at all levels Champion and encourage the development of people management skills Act as primary point of contact and take responsibility for core ER operational duties including exit interviews, flexible working requests, performance management, grievance and disciplinary processes. Take responsibility for maintaining accurate and up to date management information working with the HR Assistant. Maintaining accurate and up to date trackers to support various processes such as promotions, NQ recruitment etc. Liaise with Senior HRBP to ensure appropriate support is provided on senior or complex ER issues. Provide proactive recruitment support, including interviewing, to designated departments, ensuring recruitment excellence is maintained at all times. Ensure all hires are within agreed recruitment plans and provide business case support where required. Act as the main HR point of contact for all new starter admin over and above HRSS support. In conjunction with the SHRBP assist with management the annual staff salary review process Analyse and interpret HR Metrics as appropriate to identify issues and develop improvement plans where necessary. Where required, support other HRBPs and Senior HRBPs in providing day to day HR support for the local office, such as interviews, disciplinary meetings etc. Relevant Experience At least three years HR Generalist experience What can we offer you?
