About the roleAs a technician 3 with expertise in the IT domain, you will collaborate with our client’s technical team. You will be responsible for Technical/IT support.

Contract: 29-Sep-25 to 31-Dec-25 Pay Rate: £ PAYE OR £ (via a Hays approved umbrellapany).Work schedule: Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Roles and Responsibilities:Engineers will be required to work 3x days per week on the client tech bar, with the remaining two days working within the UK software remote queue.
Engineers will have to have basic IT knowledge. However, full training will be given to the client.
Engineers will spend 3 days working on three different sites across the customer site.
Tech bar is a walk-up and bookable service, supporting laptop and mobile devices, as well as laptop battery swap.
The engineers will report to onsite TL for all operational issues.
Currently, this request goes up to 31/12/2025 but is expected to be extended after this period.Other stuff we’re potentially looking for:SC Clearence (Mandatory)
