Your creativity and expertise will be the spark that helps bring She Decided's mission to life, making it a more visible and recognisable brand. By guiding the founder and creating compelling content, you’ll ensure our mission reaches the women who need it most, women navigating the emotional, cultural, and systemic challenges of money.
You’ll help transform our social platforms into vibrant, supportive communities where women feel seen, understood, and inspired to take action. In doing so, you’ll amplify our reach, grow our movement, and give Black women everywhere the chance to engage with a narrative that puts them back in control of their financial stories.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who is
* Experienced in planning, creating, and managing content across IG, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
* A natural storyteller who knows how to captivate and engage audiences through both visuals and words.
* Skilled in short-form video editing, design, and crafting impactful copy.
* Confident guiding and coaching others (particularly the founder) to get comfortable creating content.
* Coach and collaborate with the founder to create on-brand, personal content.
* Passionate about financial wellness, social justice, or gender equity—with an understanding of how to speak to Black and ethnically marginalised women in this space.
* Organised, reliable, and excited to help build a consistent and meaningful online presence.
* Track engagement and adjust strategies for growth.

What will you be doing?
As our Social Spark, you’ll be the voice and creative energy behind She Decided’s digital presence. You’ll design, plan, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn—making sure our platforms tell stories that resonate deeply with our community.
As our digital storyteller and brand amplifier, from reels to carousels, you'll help the world connect with our cause. You'll also guide the founder to find their voice and keep the content wheel turning smoothly.
This role is about more than just posting—it’s about shaping our brand identity and amplifying our mission in ways that connect and inspire. You’ll work closely with the founder, coaching her to find her authentic voice online, building her confidence in content creation, and ensuring she shines as the face of the movement. From short-form video and carousels to thought-leadership posts, you’ll help us share ideas that spark conversation, connection, and change.
