This role requires the following:
* Proven senior commercial leadership experience in a services driven environment, operating at Sales Director, Divisional Director, or equivalent level within a services or operationally complex business.
* Full P&L ownership experience, with confidence managing revenue, margin, forecasting, and contribution-level accountability.
* Ability to lead and develop multi-disciplinary customer-facing teams, spanning new business, account management, and customer service.
* To be hands-on and highly visible, comfortable leading from the front with a strong on-site presence to drive pace, standards, and engagement.
* Strong commercial judgement and sales discipline, including pipeline management, CRM usage, forecasting accuracy, and performance management.
* Credibility to influence senior stakeholders and customers, act as an escalation point, and build confidence during periods of change.
