About the role Heart of Supply is looking for calm, caring and committed Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a variety of schools in Lincoln and across Lincolnshire. You’ll play a key role in helping children thrive, both academically and emotionally. As a Teaching Assistant you will work closely with class teachers to support learning, manage behaviour, and provide individualised attention to pupils who need it most.
