Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: South Northamptonshire (4 days on-site, 1 day from home after initial training)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (Equivalent)
Contract: 6-Month FTC

About the RoleWe are partnering with a prestigious, high-end hospitality brand to source multiple strong transactional finance professionals.
Due to high volumes and rapid growth, we are looking for experienced AP/AR Specialists who can hit the ground running and manage fast-paced billing environments.You’ll be joining a dynamic finance team supporting both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
1. High-volume AP and AR transactional processing
2. Managing supplier invoices and customer billings
3. Bank reconciliations and payment runs
4. Resolving invoice queries quickly and professionally
5. Supporting month-end processes
6. Working closely with internal teams to maintain financial accuracy
Ideal Experience
7. Strong experience in high-volume AP/AR or billings roles
8. Confident, proactive, and able to work under pressure
9. Experience with Sage or Oracle is highly advantageous
10. Strong attention to detail with excellentmunication skills
11. Able to work 4 days on-site in Milton Keynes
