Site Supervisor – Soft Landscaping (Residential Development) Location: Greenwich Start Date: 10/11 Duration: Ongoing My client are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a Gold CSCS card to oversee soft landscaping works on a large-scale residential development. You will be responsible for supervising a team of landscapers, ensuring all works are delivered to a high standard, on programme, and in full compliance with health and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Day-to-day supervision of soft landscaping teams (turfing, planting, shrub beds, tree planting, etc.) * Liaising with the main contractor and site management to coordinate works * Monitoring progress, quality, and productivity on site * Ensuring adherence to site safety procedures and environmental standards * Managing deliveries, plant, and materials * Reporting daily progress to the Directors Requirements: * Valid Gold CSCS card (Supervisory level) * Proven experience supervising landscaping or grounds works on residential or commercial projects * Strong understanding of soft landscaping processes and sequencing * SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred) * Excellent communication and leadership skills If this is a role you're interested in, please contact Charles Howe of Tradeline Recruitment or apply through CV Library
