Job Purpose Act as the Global Quality Engineer to support Engineering Quality performance and industrialization in “Installation and Construction” (I&C) and “Rigid and Geotech” (R&G) sub-systems. Support the development, implementation, management of change and governance of simplified, standardized and lean best practice processes for proactively preventing and mitigating quality risks/events/incidents/problems across I&C and R&G operations in alignment with the Operating Model and Corporate Standards. Job Description Responsible for supporting I&C and R&G Operating Model development and deployment. Responsible for supporting Enterprise Management System (EMS) across I&C and R&G sub-systems. Responsible for setting up and monitoring the metrics, KPIs and KSFs indicators, strategic actions and Dashboards for I&C and R&G to support the obeya meetings, Quality Councils (QC) and to also help the achievement of objectives/purpose of One Engineering. Responsible for leading Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) with regards to NCRs, Quality Alerts, Value Destruction, etc. related to I&C and R&G. Responsible for leading engineering audits and process verifications. Responsible for facilitating quality training across engineering e.g. investigation tools, problem solving training etc. Responsible for supporting the Industrialization and SSI initiatives across I&C and R&G sub-systems. Location: Brazil, UK or Portugal Must To Have You are meant for this job if: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field 5 years of work experience in a Quality and/or Engineering-related occupation. Fluent English. Ability to lead remote teams with cultural differences. Interpersonal skills that can leverage line resources on a global basis. knowledge and understanding of Industry Standards (Ex.: ISO 9001, API Q1, API Q2). Ability in creating and implementing standard global processes, documents management systems. Knowledge of quality management systems, documents and records management industry standards requirements, auditing, data analysis techniques, and quality cost principles. Possess good PC skills and knowledge of MS Word processing, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. Ability within a team environment. Good communication skills and planning skills. Nice To Have 2 to 5 years of experience in Auditing and Quality Management Systems is desirable. 2 to 3 years of work experience in a formal Business Management System is desirable. Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, API Q1, and API Q2) preferred. Experience and knowledge of Qualiware, Intelex, GEOS, SAP, GBPMS, PowerBi dashboard and SharePoint is preferred. Six Sigma and/or Lean knowledge. Experience in engineering, construction or operations. Work experience on Products and Projects.
