Senior Recruitment Consultant | Salesforce Specialist | Opus Recruitment Solutions
Salesforce Functional Consultant | Midlands (1 day a week in office) | £45,000 - £55,000
I’ve partnered with a fast-growing Salesforce consultancy based in the Midlands who are looking to bring on a permanent Salesforce Functional Consultant to join their expanding team.
This is a business that’s evolved rapidly from single-cloud solutions to delivering complex multi-cloud projects across industries. You’ll be joining a collaborative pod structure, working closely with technical consultants, delivery leads, and commercial teams to shape solutions that genuinely deliver value.
They’re looking for someone who’s confident in front of customers, comfortable with pre-sales conversations, and able to translate business needs into smart Salesforce solutions. If you’ve got a good grasp of the Salesforce ecosystem and enjoy being the glue between tech and client – this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing
* Leading functional discovery and solution design
* Supporting pre-sales and attending client meetings (never solo!)
* Working on fresh implementations and helping clients get real value from Salesforce
* Collaborating with a team of 20+ consultants, including offshore developers and UK-based contractors
