Income Administrator – £15.66 per hour (LTD) As part of the Income and Leasehold team, you’ll provide administrative support across the Right to Buy and Leasehold functions. Key duties include: Processing Right to Buy applications and managing related documentation. Assisting with leasehold queries and maintaining accurate records. Preparing and issuing correspondence, including service charge statements and Section 20 notices. Supporting with general admin duties such as scanning, mail merges and data updates.This role is hybrid, with 2 days per week in the office and the remainder working from home.
