Were looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of 46 Area Sales Managers while also taking ownership of several large, high-profile accounts. This is a true player-manager role blending leadership, coaching, and performance management with direct responsibility for driving sales in key customers.
The Role
1. Lead, coach, and motivate a field-based sales team to deliver against ambitious growth targets.
2. Manage your own portfolio of high-value accounts, driving volume, visibility, and profitability.
3. Support ASMs with joint customer visits, training, and development to maximise their effectiveness.
