We are hiring! We are looking to recruit a Marketing Insight Analyst to join our team here in the Support Centre in Watford. Although this role is not part of a formal graduate scheme, it would be best suited for a recent graduate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Insight team to focus on customer-centric insights.
* Use customer data to generate reports and insights to enhance understanding of our customers.
* Manage reporting for TradePro, our trade loyalty scheme, and support it with insights to improve engagement and effectiveness.
* Support reporting on the Voice of Customer CSAT programme to inform business decisions.
* Create regular reports and dashboards for decision-making.
* Present data with clear metrics and visualisations for stakeholders.
* Provide analytical support on various business topics.
* Investigate and present clear, evidence-based conclusions.
* Deliver customer behaviour insights to Marketing teams.
* Support multichannel customer experience improvements.
* Monitor macroeconomic and retail trends, delivering timely reports.
* Visit competitors regularly and report on their activities.
* Present insights to senior management and leadership.
* Refine coding standards and adopt advanced techniques for analytics.
* Utilise AI tools to expedite coding and analysis.
What are we looking for:
* Degree-level education with at least A level Maths.
* Numerical degree and skills in spreadsheets or analytical languages (preferred).
* Advanced spreadsheet and data handling skills.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Interest in analysis fundamentals.
* Supportive team player.

* Logical reasoning ability.
* Ability to work quickly and flexibly.
