Working Hours Monday – Friday 07:00 – 16:00 About the role: As the Administrator you’ll be helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of a busy engineering department by co-ordinating the planned maintenance schedule, updating and validating documentation and ensuring audit readiness. Co-ordinating and maintaining the planned maintenance system. Raising and progressing of purchase orders including goods receipting. Assisting with an internal audit plan. Updating and maintaining engineering and H&S documentation. Providing cover for Machine Minder duties, i.e tool maintenance and blade checking, when needed. What you’ll need to be successful: Strong communication skills with colleagues of all levels. Attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks. A good level of maths and English. An understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel, to an intermediate level. Previous experience in an Engineering Administration role would be beneficial. Who are we, and what do we do?
