1. Command the Band. 2. Recruit the Band to full WF. 3. Plan and implement Band trg, both military and musical. Provide specialist advice on musical matters for the CO. 4. Deliver musical support to Bn and the wider army as directed by RCAM. 5. Manage G4 assurance within the band. 6. Assume G1 responsibility for all Band members. 7. Support Firm Base initiatives and wider Battalion recruiting activity. 8. Promote an inclusive culture within area of responsibility, working to increase understanding and engagement through education and initiative
