Key Responsibilities
* Organize deliveries promptly and maintain records as required.
* Maintain good customer relations by being courteous and helpful; report any issues with goods or services.
* Generate additional sales at delivery points using marketing and promotional info.
* Provide marketing intelligence on competitor activity and business opportunities.
* Drive the delivery vehicle carefully, adhering to traffic laws and company procedures; report any license issues.
* Keep the vehicle clean, perform daily checks, and report damages.
* Follow procedures regarding accidents and insurance claims; report incidents immediately.
* Securely collect payments for cash on delivery invoices, ensuring accuracy.
* Assist in warehouse tasks such as stock put-away, picking, and audits.
Skills And Experience
* Clean UK Driving license
* Excellent communication skills and ability to develop customer relationships
