Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
Responsibilities
* Prepare and issue sale contract packs.
* Manage the exchange of contracts and associated documentation.
* Prepare and submit SDLT returns.
* Handle Land Registry applications and post‑completion matters.
* Liaise with clients, Solicitors and other third parties.
* Provide administrative and legal support to the wider team as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
* Previous experience in residential conveyancing.
* Sound understanding of the full conveyancing process.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive, motivated and professional approach.
