* Lead and manage complex technical support issues across client environments, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
* Provide expert support in Windows technologies and related infrastructure (server, desktop, cloud, and network environments).
* Oversee and contribute to BAU support as well as deliver technical input on IT projects (migrations, deployments, upgrades).
* Act as an escalation point for the support team and work closely with stakeholders to drive issue resolution and service improvements.
* Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing knowledge and fostering technical growth across the team.
* Assist in shaping IT policies, documentation, and best practices across client systems.
