Your Day-to-day Will Include
* Leading the coordination of Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) certification for exports to NI, ROI, EU, and beyond.
* Navigating international customs procedures and ensuring full compliance.
* Managing import/export documentation including CHEDs and declarations.
* Liaising with suppliers to gather essential documentation—think attestations, movement sheets, and more.
* Supporting the Export Compliance Manager with updates, scheduling, and direct communication with officials.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in export or compliance roles.
* Know your way around order processing, especially for Northern Ireland.
* Natural coordinator with strong admin skills.
* Sharp eye for detail and a passion for getting things right.
* Curious about international trade and compliance.
