Service care solutions are working with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm based in the West Midlands, which is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team.

Position
Role: Private Client Solicitor
Location: Worcester
Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week (with the possibility of 4 days per week)
Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience
Responsibilities
* Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters including wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
* Providing tailored legal advice to clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to private client work.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships to promote ongoing business.
* Keeping up to date with relevant legal regulations and maintaining compliance.
* Working collaboratively within a team, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the firm's success.
About you
* NQ to 5 years PQE in private client law.
* Strong understanding of wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a demanding workload.
* Legal Qualification (Solicitor).
