GSL Education is working with a number of welcoming and specialist SEN schools across Southsea that are looking for dedicated, caring, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll be working 1:1 or with small groups of students, helping them engage in learning, build confidence, and achieve their personal goals. Each day brings the chance to make a genuine impact — whether you're delivering targeted interventions, supporting classroom activities, or helping create a calm, nurturing space for children with complex needs.

What We’re Looking For:
A calm, compassionate, and patient individual
A strong belief in inclusive education and trauma-informed approaches
Adaptable, organised, and able to work well under pressure
Experience with SEN or SEMH (desirable but not essential)
Excellent communication and a team-player mindset
