Our client school in Barnoldswick is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Food Technology Teacher to join their dedicated Design & Technology team. This is a full-time role starting as soon as possible, initially until the summer term, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.
The Role
Deliver engaging Food Technology lessons across KS3 and KS4
Plan, prepare and assess students’ work in line with the curriculum
Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Contribute positively to the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold QTS (or be working towards it)
Have experience teaching Food Technology in a secondary school setting
Be passionate about practical learning and student progress
Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
Be reliable, flexible, and committed to high standards of teaching
