Salary: Grade 4, £20,742 - £21,749 per annum. £13.26 - £13.90 per hour
30 hours per week (plus weekly sleep in duty)

Your role:
Join our dedicated team at Hardybutts, where we empower individuals with mental health needs to lead independent and fulfilling lives. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering recovery-focused and enablement-based support, helping tenants build essential life skills and thrive within their communities.
Main Duties:
 * Provide personalised support plans that encourage recovery, boost confidence, and nurture self-esteem.
 * Support tenants in developing practical daily living skills and promoting overall wellbeing.
 * Collaborate effectively with health and social care professionals to ensure holistic support.
 * Encourage community engagement and help tenants build meaningful local connections.
 * Champion independence and personal development through enablement-led approaches.
