The role is initially a seasonal position until November 2025 on an hourly rate of £13.00
A day in the life of a Theme Park Food & Beverage Team Leader would include...
* Work closely with duty managers to maintain high standards
* Oversee the dining experience and support the team with guest enquiries
* Take charge of shifts, make sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine
* Support the completion of checklists and cleaning schedules in a timely manner
* Inspire and mentor your team members, helping them to reach their full potential
* Drive sales, boost revenue, and achieve those targets like a champion
* Create a positive team environment that embraces change and fuels growth
* Make sure our amazing staff are engaged, happy, and well taken care of
What you need to bring to the table:
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive even when the pressure is on
* A positive can-so attitude with a hands-on approach to support and lead the team
* Be a great communicator and someone who is reliable in all aspects of the role
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work through own initiative
* A strong desire to develop others through effective coaching and training
* Previous experience in Food & Beverage is preferable
* Team Leader/Supervisory experience would be advantageous
* Due to the nature of this role, you must be 18 or over
