Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role based in Cardiff. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in daily operations, including managing staff, monitoring inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. The role involves assisting in team training, handling customer inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and contributing to the success and growth of the store. The position requires strong organizational capabilities and leadership skills to help drive a high-performing and motivated team.
