Established production engineering company in Avonmouth who supply to the Aerospace industry and are recruiting for quality supervisor. This brand new opportunity will see you directly reporting into the group quality manager working within an increasingly growing business.
Working within this quality supervisor role you will be to:
·Flow down the requirements of the company Quality Management System & AS9120 to all employees and advise on any relating queries
·Monitor and measure the output of key processes against defined targets to meet the expectations of internal & customer requirements
·Implement continuous improvement to improve production processes in conjunction with the Operations Management Team
·Provide support to the warehouse, sales and shipping department for quality related issues
This quality supervisor role will have a need for you to hold:
1. Metallurgical back ground
2. Aerospace experience
3. FAIR, CofC, Release documentation experience
4. 8D problem resolution experience
5. Ability to interact at all levels
6. Customer facing experience
7. AS9100, BSEN ISO9001 experience
The successful candidate will have a need to be an excellent communicator and have a strong attention to detail. This role would be the ideal position for someone who has worked as a quality supervisor, quality controller or quality inspector.
