What You’ll Be Doing: As a key member of our Customer Service team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering excellent service over the phone. Your responsibilities will include: Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing friendly and professional support to customers. Assisting with policy queries, changes, renewals, cancellations, and general insurance-related questions. Processing and updating customer records accurately within our systems. Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and in line with FCA and company guidelines. Liaising with insurance providers and internal teams to follow up on outstanding queries or documentation. Maintaining accurate logs, spreadsheets, and customer data to ensure a smooth service experience. Who We’re Looking For: Experienced in telephone-based customer service, ideally in a regulated or office-based environment (insurance experience is a bonus, but not essential – full training provided!). Confident in resolving complaints and handling challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism. Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, and Excel. A strong multi-tasker who can stay organised and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing. A team player who is adaptable, proactive, and focused on delivering a great customer experience.
