We deliver tailored Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification services across multiple industries, including energy, infrastructure, and industrial services.The Opportunity:Were hiring a Business Support Manager to join our Manchester-based team, supporting a mix of financial administration, procurement processes, commercial reporting and compliance documentation. This role is ideal for someone confident with purchase ledgers, Excel data handling and working closely with operations and QHSE.Key Responsibilities:Process and code purchase invoices; maintain accurate supplier recordsManage payment schedules and international transactionsLiaise with Finance, QHSE and Ops teams to support reporting requirementsUpload and manage documentation on procurement/client portalsFormat and extract data for forecasting, audits and business reviewsSupport bid submissions and maintain commercial templatesMaintain accurate VAT and audit support recordsEnsure compliance with core mandatory controls (CMCs)Who Were Looking For:Experience in a finance or business support roleAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data formatting essential)Strong communicator comfortable working across departmentsFamiliarity with procurement portals and document uploadsDetail-oriented and confident managing purchase ledger dutiesUnderstanding of VAT and audit processes a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefitsBroad exposure across Finance, Commercial, and Operational teamsA varied role with opportunities to shape process improvementsA collaborative team environment at a global organisationApply today to join our Trafford Park team.Intertek is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
