Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy and enjoys the challenge of building a client base from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and prospect new business opportunities.
* Make cold calls and send cold emails to potential clients.
* Develop relationships and secure new business.
* Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up on leads.
* Meet and exceed sales targets, earning commission on all closed deals.
* Keep accurate records of outreach and client interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in sales, ideally in a B2B environment.
* Confident communicator with excellent cold-calling and email outreach skills.
* Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own sales strategy.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Previous experience in office supplies or related industries is a plus but not essential.
* Competitive salary with uncapped commission structure.
