The Whitebrook is a renowned and beautiful boutique property, with 1 Michelin star, A Michelin Green star & 4 AA rosettes, that's really heading to the next level requires a Chef de Partie to join our team to help keep and further our list of accolades. Run by an exceptionally committed and passionate team, we operate over a 4 day week leaving a great balance to continue learning and developing you career and push for further accolades.
This role will work alongside the chef/owner to strengthen and develop the brigade as a whole.
As a Chef De Partie you will be responsible for the running of a section and supporting our fantastic team. Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to business requirements, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
* Running your designated section within the kitchen when on duty.
* Following our high standards of food hygiene and follow health & safety guidelines.

We will be looking for an individual who shares our passion for using foraged ingredients, growing our own produce and strong relationships working with local growers & producers. This role also offers the opportunity to bring creative ideas in dish development and so we require the ability to innovate using the very best seasonal produce.
We will give you the knowledge of seasonal garden produce and the ability to be flexible with dishes to what produce is available from our kitchen garden, local growers and what we forage locally.
We require previous experience in a 3 AA rosette or Michelin starred environment and to remain calm and composed under pressure. We also require a strong people skills to nurture our talented brigade and bring the best out of each and every one of the team, in a nurturing style.
