Job Title: Creative Agency Account Manager (with an internal comms focus)
Location: Surrey/West Sussex borders (Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 WFH)
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 (depending on experience)
Start Date: July 2026
Transport: Own vehicle required due to rural office location

We’re an Internal Communications + Creative agency based in a beautifully converted barn on a working farm. Our team is small, friendly, and collaborative – working with big-name clients to deliver smart, engaging internal comms that move people and organisations forward.
The Role
As an Account Manager with an Internal Communications (IC) focus, you’ll be the go-to for client relationships, project delivery and creative collaboration. You’ll help shape and manage employee content and comms plans, design assets and digital deliverables – from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications
* Manage IC projects, timelines, resources & budgets
* Manage the delivery of multiple design & digital assets
* Brief & collaborate with designers, writers, and digital teams
* Create IC comms plans & content
* Provide guidance on IC best practices
* Get hands-on with events and activations for key clients
What We’re Looking For
* A people person with great communication skills
* Strong project management and client-handling skills
* Experience managing IC projects or clients – ideally you will have both in-house IC and creative agency-side experience
* Organised, detail-oriented and proactive
* Comfortable leading comms planning and content development
