The EMEA Applications Marketing team is seeking a results-driven, enthusiastic, and creative UK & Ireland Field Marketing Manager to lead front-line engagement activities across multiple facets.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about making a difference, commercially minded, and have a proven track record as a business partner to Sales & Business Development, with expertise across the marketing spectrum.
Role: Marketing/Communications - Field Marketing
Salary: £20 - £40 per hour
Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: Reading, Berkshire
Duration: Temporary contract for 12 months

Key Responsibilities:
Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the UK & Ireland Applications field marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, utilizing the full marketing mix to increase awareness, generate leads, and nurture prospects.
Support outbound call campaigns with messaging, touch plans, and sales enablement.
Coordinate with Global and EMEA teams, including Campaign, Digital, Event, Partner marketing, and PR, to maintain a regional marketing calendar.
Campaign Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance across channels, provide insights, and recommend improvements to meet lead and pipeline targets.
Forecast and track lead and pipeline metrics, collaborating with the marketing team to optimize results.
Deliver campaign performance reports and metrics to sales leadership.
Stakeholder Management and Communication: Build strong relationships with sales stakeholders to align marketing activities with sales priorities.
Work with Business Development and Sales to understand regional go-to-market strategies and incorporate them into campaign planning.
Prepare and deliver campaign briefings, providing necessary support to sales teams.
Coordinate with third-party vendors to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
About You:
Marketing qualifications are preferable.
At least 5 years of experience managing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns and events. Experience in software, technology, or the UK Public Sector is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and adherence to deadlines.
Excellent project management skills.
Experience working with diverse teams across multiple regions and cultures.
