Blue Yonder Job Title: Solution Architect
Location: Virtual within the US
Travel: 50% domestic travel expected
Overview:
Blue Yonder is seeking a Solution Architect to join our Delivery Services team, focusing on ensuring customers realize value from their Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning solutions across the US and Canada.
In this role, you will design best-in-class solutions using products such as Fulfillment, Demand, Order Optimization, and Allocation, and be at the forefront of our latest product innovations.
You will serve as the functional liaison among stakeholders, including key customer contacts, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and 3rd Party Consultants, to facilitate the successful and timely delivery of solutions.
What You'll Do:
1. Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning software solutions, applying industry best practices.
2. Use domain knowledge to understand and configure solutions that meet customer requirements and business processes.
3. Lead solution design, ensuring clarity in construction, validation, and timelines.
4. Guide system integration, user acceptance testing, and deployment to ensure seamless transition to steady state.
5. Balance project scope, timeline, and requirements to deliver value and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Assess business needs outside standard solutions, considering integration complexity and architecture constraints.
7. Identify and highlight opportunities for incremental revenue with existing customers.
8. Communicate customer needs and potential product enhancements to relevant teams.
What we are looking for:
1. 5-7 years of experience delivering advanced Supply Chain Planning solutions, especially in retail.
2. Experience with Blue Yonder Planning suite, including Fulfillment, Demand, Order Optimization, or Allocation.
3. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).
4. Experience in design sessions, interpreting business requirements, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
5. Experience with Cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.

The US salary range for this position is $99,208.00 - $143,896.00. The actual salary will depend on skills, experience, and other factors. This role is also eligible for performance bonuses or commissions.
