Main duties of the job
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will monitor and check the health and well-being of clients and staff through face-to-face visits, telephone calls, and care record monitoring. You will undertake assessments and re-assessments of care needs, manage risks, and ensure that care plans reflect the clients' needs. Additionally, you will safeguard clients against the risk of abuse, provide appropriate training and support to staff, and conduct regular supervisions and reviews with team members.
