Who are we looking for?
We seek an individual to ensure the smooth operation of our regional sales activities. Responsibilities include monitoring customer buying patterns, maintaining warehouse stock levels, providing technical support to customers, supporting marketing activities, and liaising with various project teams.
What will you be doing?
1. Coordinate orders, queries, and complaints to uphold high customer service standards.
2. Maintain and grow the business through proactive customer contact and participate in telesales projects.
3. Assist management with merchant requests and provide regular reports, including EDI and CMI data.
4. Ensure sales desk and phone lines are covered during office hours.
5. Process orders and support business initiatives involving commercial, technical, and marketing projects.
Who are you?
Ideally, you have experience in a similar environment, such as inside sales or customer service. You should possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, and eager to take on challenges. Education to at least A Level standard is required.
