Superflex Roadside Technician Location: Chelmsford and Surrounding areas Salary: £50,669 basic plus overtime and bonus OTE £57k plus Hours: 40 hours per week plus overtime opportunities About the Role We’re looking for a Superflex Roadside Patrol Mechanic to join a fast-paced, customer-focused roadside assistance team in the Chelmsford area. This role is built for mechanics who value variety, flexibility, and independence. You’ll be supporting motorists when they need it most, delivering professional roadside diagnostics and repairs across a wide range of scenarios. Salary: £50,669 basic salary OTE up to £57,000 plus with overtime and bonuses Working Pattern: Average 40 hours per week across the year Rota issued 7 days in advance, with core hours confirmed 3 days prior Shifts between 06:00 and 02:00, including early starts, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays No two days are the same, making this role ideal for mechanics who thrive outside the traditional 9–5.
