Responsibilities
* Project / programme management of delivery across UK project lifecycles: feasibility studies, front-end to detailed design (incl. Design and Build), and construction support.
* Supporting the project technical team in the successful delivery of the project to meet the agreed targets, e.g. programme, budget and quality.
* Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.
* Work closely with teams in various UK offices and our supply chain to deliver integrated design solutions.
* Adhere to quality assurance standards in design, including leading Safety in Design (CDM) and compliance with environmental legislation.
* Preparing all necessary project reports and plans, both internally or externally, as required.
* Championing technical innovation to improve efficiency and quality of delivery, ensuring effective engagement and uptake of latest developments in digital design tools and the mentoring and development of junior staff.
* Potentially to act as a Delegated / Supervising Civil Engineering on our ICE training scheme.

Requirements
* Experience in delivering projects for various regulated water clients and contractors
* Championing technical innovation to improve efficiency and quality of delivery
* Building positive relationships with clients, colleagues and key stakeholders.
* End to end project management, including contracts, budgetary control, programmes, change and risk management.
* Development and coordination of multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors.
* A valid UK driving license is required.
