Responsibilities: Managing customer Inbox, responding to all request promptly Independently supporting and nurturing a portfolio of customers Understand customer demands and proactively keep on top of their needs Responsible for processing all sales orders accurately and in a timely manner. Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication, assisting the Sales team with any additional support with customer files. Keeping an up-to-date record of all incoming stock delivery dates and delivery information. Tracking deliveries from the distribution centre and distribution contractors i.e, DPD, pallet network.
