Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Deputy General Manager to join a prestigious, high-end Hotel venue in Leicestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional with a proven track record in operating medium to large-scale hotel properties with multiple revenue-generating departments. As Deputy General Manager, you will play a key leadership role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the hotel: overseeing multiple departments, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction and team performance. Requirements Hospitality background from a prestigious 4-star or 5-star hotel. Strong fine dining and F&B experience with a deep understanding of service and offerings. Ability to oversee a high-class operation. Committed to delivering a first-class guest experience with a hands-on approach Has a strong knowledge of hotel rooms, sales and revenue management. Understanding of hotel financials (P&L, budgets and targets). Capable of controlling payroll, COS and hotel costs. Excellent leadership skills. A team player who communicates clearly and collaborates with other departments. Experienced in managing multiple departmental teams.
